- About the program:
At a time when education was striving to ensure education for all and increase the percentage of students in all age groups in various regions and governorates, the ongoing war aggravated the situation leaving thousands of students without education. This has had a devastating effect on the education system, leading to a decrease in educational attainment and an increase in poverty. This project aims to increase school enrollments, provide schools with stationery and educational aids, and provide the teacher with the commitment to provide the entire course during the academic year by continuing to respond to the current emergency and helping to make another academic year a success.
The "Empowering Education to Ensure the Future" project aims to support seven schools in Dhamar Governorate, Al-Absiya School in Al-Hada'a, Al-Thawra Schools, Saddam Hussein School, Nashwan Al-Hamiry School, Al-Wafaa Complex, Bani Fadl Complex (the complex + Hillat Bani Fadl) and Al-Han Bin Malik Complex in Dawran.
