Hayati Karamati is a local non-profit organization. Launched March 13, 2018. The organization's vision and long-term objective is to ensure that all members of society are entitled to rights that protect their dignity. The general strategy for 2018-2023 was to prioritize assistance to the education sector and address the most urgent needs of schools. The organization has identified education as an area of focus as it is essential in helping to promote social cohesion and equipping members of society with the skills they need to participate and contribute to the development of their communities. Furthermore, the organization aimed to address the most pressing needs of schools, such as infrastructure issues, providing teachers with additional resources, and supporting students. This was done while integrating sustainable solutions aimed at providing education for all Yemeni children.

- Spreading awareness and knowledge to ensure protecting individual’s human dignity, which controls the ways people live within the context of their society and determines the commitment of governments towards individuals.
- Assisting in securing education and developing the various categories of jobs in society by contributing to training and qualifying the workforce, paying attention to the labor market and its requirements, and strengthening the various labor relations and affairs.
- Working on developing and advancing women by empowering them
- intellectually, economically and socially to support their active participation in decision-making socially, economically and in trade unions.
- Participating in reducing child labor, protecting children from dangerous and arduous work, defending their rights, and helping them meet their basic needs.
- Helping in improving primary health care services in accordance with international standards to enhance the quality of the service.
- Promote the concepts of transparency, integrity and good governance.
- Working on development of minority groups and people with special needs and defending their rights.
- Contributing to relief work and implementing urgent response projects to save the lives of the working groups in society who are threatened by poverty and losing their work due to wars, conflicts or disasters and implementing various educational ,health, humanitarian and basic services response projects.
